We transcribe English digital
audio files into English Word documents.
We transcribe
general, medical, legal, media, conference, business, financial, interview,
academic and research recordings.
We offer five
different turnaround options and, for no extra charge, three different
transcription formats.
Our Rates
Way With Words Transcription offers the best cost for high quality
transcription.
Our rates are up-front and clear: NO hidden charges! We charge per
minute of audio transcribed. The rate depends on turnaround time and on
number of speakers in a recording.
To calculate the cost of a transcript:
Select a turnaround time from our Rates Sheet.
Count the number of speakers in your recording.
Select the corresponding rate per minute.
Multiply this by the minutes of your recording.
The Process
We accept most
video and audio digital formats uploaded via our web site.
Simply upload files
onto our web site and insert job instructions.
Audio files are
allocated to transcribers experienced in particular accents and topics.
Audio files are
transcribed according to client instructions, which can include time-coding
and/or a client’s own template.
Transcripts are
emailed to the client’s registered email address.
Start the Process
You may either
contact us for a quote or simply upload files for transcription to our secure
server.
- Type in your email address and click on ‘Confirm Email’.
- Click on the UPLOAD link on our web site.
- Typ in your email address and click on 'Confirm Email'.
- New clients will see a message that their email address is not
registered on our system.
- Continue by clicking on ‘Proceed: Add Job Details’.
- Click on ‘Read Instructions’ and type your instructions in the
blank space below.
- Thereafter, proceed to upload audio files.
We will
email you a Client Registration form, a quote, and a request for 50%
deposit, as it is company policy to ask new
clients for a 50% deposit for their first job. On receipt of the
completed Client Registration form and confirmation of deposit payment, we will
assign your work to an Operations Manager who will ensure that your
transcription is completed by your requested deadline and to our highest
quality.
